Flower Village does not ask for your name, your email address or any account. There is nothing to sign up for, and the game is fully playable offline.
Your game progress — your Sun and Coin balances, your flowers, your garden, the villagers you have met — is saved only on your device. There is no cloud save and no server holding a copy of your game.
Three things, and none of them describes you.
The game sends three events to Google Analytics for Firebase: that a location was completed, that a mini-game round was started, and that a mini-game round was won. Firebase itself also counts sessions and the days on which the game was opened, which is how we see whether people come back.
Alongside them we record one fact about the save file — which location you have reached — so we can see where the game becomes too hard.
All of this describes the game. It contains no name, no email address, no contacts, no location, and nothing you have typed. It is not used to build a profile of you, and it is never sold.
The game shows optional rewarded video ads, supplied by Google AdMob. You are never required to watch one: every ad is offered in exchange for a bonus, and declining costs you nothing and never makes the game harder.
When an ad is shown, AdMob may use your device's advertising identifier to choose which ad to serve. You can reset or delete that identifier at any time in your device settings (Settings → Google → Ads), which also lets you opt out of personalised advertising.
If you installed Flower Village after seeing an advert for it, we use Tenjin to record which advert that was. It matches your device's advertising identifier — the same one described above — against the one the advertising network saw, and tells us that an install came from a particular advert.
This tells us which of our adverts are honest about what the game is. It is the same identifier already described in section 2, it is not linked to any account, and Tenjin receives no name, no contact details and nothing you have typed. You can reset or delete that identifier at any time in your device settings, which stops this too.
There are no in-app purchases. Nothing in the game is sold for real money: gems are earned by playing, from the daily gift and from the optional videos described above.
Only the service providers named above — Google (Firebase and AdMob) and Tenjin — and only for the purposes described. We do not sell your data to anyone.
This game is not directed at children under 13. If you believe a child has provided information through this app, contact us at the address below and we will delete it.
If a future version of the game collects anything else, this policy will be updated in the same release that changes it, and the "Last updated" date above will change. It will always describe the version of the game you are running.
